What am I actually purchasing?

How do I receive the files?

Immediately after checkout, by download link. Nothing is shipped, and nothing requires further setup on our end.

Which license do I need?

What's the difference between Acquire and Commission?

Acquire is self-serve — choose a license, check out, receive the files. Commission is bespoke, and takes one of two forms — detailed below.

Can I request customization on an Acquired piece?

Yes — this is one of two forms Commission takes.

The first is customization of a piece you've already acquired: for a website template, your own images and content set in place, within the existing palette and structure. For a mockup collection or a system such as the Instagram Master System, your own designs placed into the files by us, delivered back to you finished and ready to use. This does not include a live site, a domain, naming, SEO, or site-building — those belong to a full website build, arranged separately through Inquire.

The second is a piece reshaped entirely and uniquely around your brand — not a customization of something existing, but its own considered work.

Either way, Commission begins the same way: a request, reviewed personally, followed by scope and next steps before anything is charged.

How does Commission work, once requested?

We review each request personally and follow up within a few days with scope, timeline, and next steps. Nothing is charged before that conversation happens.

Do you offer refunds?

As digital goods are delivered instantly, sales are final once files are sent. If something isn't as described, reach out and we'll make it right.

Is support included after purchase?
