What am I actually purchasing?

A set of digital files — a website template, a mockup collection, or a brand document set, depending on the product — delivered for your own use under the license you choose.

How will I receive what I've acquired?

Nothing is shipped. Every purchase comes with a workbook of customization instructions, and how the piece itself reaches you depends on the category.

Website templates. You receive the workbook upon purchase, with all the instructions. Within 24 hours, we email you a link to transfer ownership of the template to your Squarespace account.

Objects and Archival. Access is instant. The moment your purchase is complete, a zip folder arrives, ready to download — holding the file itself, its description, and the workbook for customizing it. The file takes whichever form suits the piece — PSD, Canva, InDesign, PDF, and others — noted on each product.

What should I read before I acquire?

Before you acquire, please read the Details on the product's own page, which set out what's inside. For website templates, read the Process note too — it covers ownership transfer, timing, and what is and isn't included.

Which license do I need?

Personal for your own single brand, Commercial for client work, Extended if you intend to build something new to sell. Full detail in Licensing.

What's the difference between Acquire and Commission?

Acquire is self-serve — choose a license, check out, receive the files. Commission is bespoke, and takes one of two forms — detailed below.

Can I request customization on an Acquired piece?

Yes — this is one of two forms Commission takes.

The first is customization of a piece you've already acquired: for a website template, your own images and content set in place, within the existing palette and structure. For a mockup collection or a system such as the Instagram Master System, your own designs placed into the files by us, delivered back to you finished and ready to use. This does not include a live site, a domain, naming, SEO, or site-building — those belong to a full website build, arranged separately through Inquire.

The second is a piece reshaped entirely and uniquely around your brand — not a customization of something existing, but its own considered work.

Either way, Commission begins the same way: a request, reviewed personally, followed by scope and next steps before anything is charged.

How does Commission work, once requested?

We review each request personally and follow up within a few days with scope, timeline, and next steps. Nothing is charged before that conversation happens.

Do you offer refunds?

As digital goods are delivered instantly, sales are final once files are sent. If something isn't as described, reach out and we'll make it right.

Is support included after purchase?

Yes — reach out through Inquire with any question about using what you've acquired, and we'll follow up personally.

Licensing.

Personal

For personal or single-brand use. The files stay with the project they were purchased for — not for resale, redistribution, or use across more than one brand.

Commercial

For client work. Use across paid projects for others, without limit on the number of clients — the license belongs to you, not to any single project.

Extended

Includes resale rights. Use within your own paid templates, products, or bundles — the only tier that permits building something new to sell from what you've acquired.

Commission

Commission takes one of two forms.

The first is customization of a piece you've already acquired — your own content and images set into a website template within its existing structure, or your own designs placed into a mockup collection or template system by us, delivered back to you finished and ready to use. This does not include a live site, a domain, naming, SEO, or site-building; a full website build is arranged separately through Inquire.

The second is a piece reshaped entirely and uniquely around your brand — built as its own work, rather than a variation of something existing.

Commission requests are reviewed individually; once accepted, we follow up personally with scope, timeline, and a private checkout link. Commission work carries its own agreement, set at the time of the request.

What no license permits

Regardless of tier, no license permits reselling or redistributing the original source files as-is, claiming authorship of the underlying design system, or sharing files with third parties outside the licensed use.

Digital — website templates

Built as Squarespace templates, and transferred to your own Squarespace account within 24 hours of purchase, with a help workbook covering the customization process. No coding is required to get started; light familiarity with Squarespace helps for customization beyond content.

A domain, a Squarespace plan, SEO setup, and a live, launched site are not included — the template arrives ready for you to customize with your own images and content.

Objects & Archival — mockups and documents

Each piece is delivered in the form suited to it, rather than a single format fixed by category. A mockup collection may arrive as a layered PSD, built for Photoshop, or as an editable Canva file, ready to open and adjust directly. A brand document may arrive as an InDesign file, a PDF, or another working format, chosen for what the piece is asking to become in your hands. The exact format is stated plainly on each product's own page.

Weddings, Beauty, Events — Atelier Contour Blanche

Built in the same registers as above — website templates, mockups, and documents — specifically for wedding, beauty, and event professionals' own client-facing needs.

What you'll need

A Squarespace account for website templates. For Objects and Archival, whichever program the product calls for — Photoshop, Canva, or InDesign among them, always noted on the piece itself. Nothing beyond what's stated on each product's own page.
